What ages do you serve?

We specialize in pediatrics, birth to 21. However, we may accept older clients on a case by case basis. 

Yes! We are currently accepting Anthem, Aetna, WellCare, Passport, and UHC plans.

If we are not currently contracted with your plan, we will assist you by providing a detailed invoice called a "Superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.  : 

Please note that while we will provide all documentation to help you submit your claim, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or help you negotiate with an insurance carrier for which we are out of network. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider before beginning treatment to confirm out of network benefits. 

We accept cash, local checks, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Just as we seek to provide individualized therapy sessions, we also seek to provide individualized plans of care. Therefore, each clients recommended frequency of services may be different depending on his or her needs. However, we typically recommend services either once or twice weekly. 

Most therapy sessions last between 30 to 45 minutes. However, we seek to offer individualized care and can/will adjust times as needed based on individual need.
